Everyone has been prompt, courteous, and honest. The consultation was scheduled quickly and felt honest and not pushy, and installation was scheduled quickly and done wonderfully.
Both installers we're very courteous and careful to make as little mess as possible. They kept open communication while I was home to ensure my pets did not sneak outside and were so extremely polite.
Aside from the lack of drafts and insulation being put in, you can't tell they were ever here. Plastic was put down to help aid in clean up and everything else was vacuumed up 100%
What made you choose our company:
I felt the original consultation was honest and Rich gave me advice on what I could do on my own to save money if I wanted as well as a prioritized list of what should be done. The prices were also better so I had absolutely no reason to go elsewhere and would not hesitate to use Expediant in the future!
