Personable, came out to assess the work and gave us an estimate- the others had a flat rate fee to just come out and do a report- nothing about remediation. Expediant was a one stop shop and the job is complete.

I have to say, the job your employees did was very professional, and the end result was a lot cleaner than I had anticipated. These young men were a pleasure to have in our home during the two days this project required. Finally, a comment about the Sani-Dry unit: it handled the water.... the basement is as dry as a bone.  I can't say enough about the efficiency of this unit.

Expediant did a great job treating my attic and walls. Their main concern was remediating the mold problem correctly and entirely. Everyone was very knowledgeable, considerate and professional. They were a very easy company to work with. Communication was easy, accurate and thorough.  They did exactly what they said they'd do on time. The crew acted as if they were guests in my home and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The best part is the mold is gone and my attic looks brand new!
