The team came in, with all of the equipment, including a dumpster, took EVERYTHING out of the basement, down to the studs, cleaned the area, and removed every bit of the material that had any evidence of possible mold. Sheet rock, carpeting and ceiling tiles were removed. We were very happy with the job, and believe that Expedient Exterminating is a highly professional business, with service as a top priority. I would recommend them to anyone.

Professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the project. I have two homes, and after they did such a great job with the first, I had the second home checked out and had a need as well. They were always careful to only recommend work that was needed, even if that meant a smaller project and profit for them. I wish all my experiences with service providers were this great.
